Every Intigreat project follows a structured workflow — from the initial client brief through installation, testing, and final handover with complete as-built documentation. No shortcuts. No surprises.
All installations are completed per Good-for-Construction drawings approved by the consultant. Every component used is inspected and certified with calibrated test certificates before final handover.
Data Collection & Client Brief
Collecting relevant data and determining client and consultant requirements for the electrical installation project.
Brief Installation Report
Submission of Brief Installation Report and Operations Manual for client review and approval before works commence.
Preliminary Design Approval
Receiving and reviewing preliminary designs from consultants. Coordinating approvals before mobilisation.
Tender Documents & BOQ
Filling tender documents including detailed specifications and Bill of Quantities for accurate project costing.
Tender Drawings Review
Receiving and thoroughly reviewing Tender Drawings — layouts and schematics — prior to execution.
Technical Specifications
Receiving technical specifications for the project and assisting in determining quality of components to be used.
Good-for-Construction Drawings
Receiving consultant-approved GFC drawings and conducting pre-installation design verification.
Equipment & Material Approval
Providing and getting approval for all equipment and installation materials before procurement begins.
Equipment Procurement
Assisting the client in selecting and procuring major equipment from approved, reliable suppliers.
Installation & Commissioning
Installing, testing and commissioning the total electrical system including substation, panels, and distribution per GFC drawings.
Invoice Preparation
Preparation of progress and milestone invoices per agreed billing schedule throughout the project.
Periodic Site Visits
Making periodic site visits for the client — inspecting work quality, site safety and schedule adherence.
Equipment Inspection & Certification
Inspection of all equipment with witnessing by calibrated certificates ensuring every component is verified before handover.
Handover
Formal handing over of completed electrical installation with all relevant documentation, warranties and test records.
As-Built Drawings & Final Submission
Preparation of comprehensive As-Built Drawings and Final Submission package — the complete record of the installed system.
